1. Service Description

Roboto Algo Trading Platform ("the Platform") provides automated algorithmic trading services powered by artificial intelligence. The Platform connects to your broker accounts and executes trades based on AI-generated signals and your configured parameters.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Ensuring your broker account has sufficient funds and margin
• Configuring trading parameters appropriate for your risk tolerance
• Monitoring your trades and positions regularly
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Trading Risks Disclaimer

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose all or more than your initial investment. The Platform provides tools and signals but does not guarantee profits or prevent losses. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and trade at your own discretion.

4. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period. Plan features and pricing may change with 30 days notice.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Razorpay. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
